Privacy Policy

What the app can see

Your products, stock levels and sales channels, only to make the changes you ask for. Bulk Doctor cannot see your customers, orders or payments.

What we keep

Your store name, the owner's email, your plan and credits, your edit history so you can undo, and the saved edits and schedules you create. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Each edit stays in your history for up to 90 days, then it is deleted. You can undo an edit for 14 days on Starter, 30 on Growth and 90 on Pro. The Free plan has no undo. Exported files are deleted after 30 days, and files you upload for import after 7 days.

If you uninstall

Our access to your store ends straight away, and about 48 hours later we permanently delete everything we hold about your store. You can ask for it sooner by email.

Terms of Service

By installing Bulk Doctor you agree to use it only on products you are allowed to manage. The app shows a preview before every change, but you are responsible for checking it before you apply it.

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable and to report every edit honestly.
